Public Health Action Plan for the English-Speaking Community in the Capitale-Nationale Region 2011-2015.

This action plan builds on the Regional Action Plan but focuses on activities for the English-speaking population. Data indicates that the English-speaking population is particularly prone to isolation, which can lead to many physical and mental health problems. Consequently, the objectives for the 2011-2015 period focus on prevention and health promotion for isolated members of the community. This plan lists the programs and activities, as well as the names of the partners involved. It also includes an evaluation of the activities in the different areas of intervention, according to whether they are « to be developed », « to be maintained » or « to be consolidated ».
