*AVAILABLE IN FRENCH ONLY*
This presentation summarizes two studies, one American and one Canadian, in order to highlight best practices and draw conclusions regarding the linguistic accessibility of health services for minority communities. The author concludes that there is no one-size-fits-all model, and then lists key success factors, while highlighting issues to consider: standards, formal and informal interpretation, and bilingual human resources.
