Evaluation of the Implementation Process of the Bilingual Access Point at Jeffery Hale – Saint Brigid’s (GAB JHSB).

The objective of this evaluation was to monitor and analyze the implementation process of the Bilingual Access Point at the Jeffery Hale – Saint Brigid’s (JHSB) institution, regarding the region’s service offer. The evaluation was carried out by the Direction régionale de santé publique of the Agence de la santé et des services sociaux de la Capitale-Nationale. The report concludes that the implementation of the Bilingual Access Point at JHSB has made it possible to clarify and improve the role and contribution of this institution in the primary care network, by offering a gateway to continuous, quality services to the English-speaking population and to the entire Capitale-Nationale region. In this sense, the implementation of the expected JHSB Bilingual Access Point consolidates the JHSB’s service offer in the service network of the Capitale-Nationale region.
