This study identifies the main challenges encountered by professionals and practitioners in providing perinatal services to clients with linguistic and cultural barriers in the Capitale-Nationale region. The analysis of the 13 individual, semi-directed interviews conducted with professionals and caregivers made it possible to explore their point of view, the current strengths and shortcomings of the service offer for this clientele, as well as to identify concrete clinical and organizational solutions. The study concludes that professionals and workers face challenges that are inherent to the realities and particularities of clients with cultural and linguistic barriers, as well as organizational and structural challenges.
