The Holland Centre Experience | A Community Development Model for Minorities.

This flagship report presents an analysis of the components of the Holland Centre’s success as well as the tools needed to help other minority language communities develop essential services. The Holland Centre, located in Quebec City, was a partnership of four public agencies and one community-based organisation that worked to improve access to health and social services for the English-speaking community. The Holland Centre offered a full range of front-line health and social services to all age groups. This guide outlines the fundamental principles that were instrumental in the success and development of the Holland Centre and the importance of these principles in a minority community context.
