Richard Walling is the Executive Director of Jeffery Hale Community Partners. For thirty years now, he has played a key leadership role in the development of the English-speaking community of the Capitale-Nationale and beyond. In this capacity, he has significantly contributed to laying down the groundwork for the improvement of health and social services delivered to minority communities.
