
Archipel evaluation project: An evaluation report focusing on the WE Belong Special Needs program provided by Jeffery Hale Community Partners.

This evaluation report focuses on the WE Belong Special Needs program offered at the Wellness Centre by Jeffery Hale Community Partners (JH Partners). This is the first/preliminary evaluation of the program which contains the following elements: overall review, descriptive and retrospective of the WE Belong Special Needs program and its activities.
In addition, high-level, descriptive accounts of all the Special Needs’ activities will be produced, with the specific aim of producing a logic model for the program, which will be validate with the JH Partners (and all relevant stakeholders). The data collection tools and methods include interviews with key stakeholders, surveys shared with families/caregivers and employees/volunteers, and analysis of archived documents shared by JH Partners.
The evaluation team is composed of 2 people: Dr. Emilie Dionne, a researcher at VITAM — Centre de recherche en santé durable (affiliated with Université Laval and CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale) with expertise in program evaluation, health and social services study, and health sociologist; and Dr. Melina Papalampropoulou Tsiridou, Planning, Programing and Research Officer at Jeffery Hale-Saint Brigid’s and manager of the the Centre of expertise ACESS with numerous research and evaluation expertise.
