Cette \u00e9tude porte sur la culture organisationnelle du Saint Brigid\u2019s Home. Outre l\u2019identification des \u00e9l\u00e9ments distinctifs visant \u00e0 d\u00e9crire la culture de cette institution, l\u2019\u00e9tude cherche \u00e0 rendre compte de la contribution de la communaut\u00e9 anglophone \u00e0 son fonctionnement, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 cibler des recommandations utiles \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la culture identifi\u00e9s. Pour r\u00e9aliser cette \u00e9tude de nature qualitative \u00e0 vis\u00e9e exploratoire, l\u2019auteur a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des visites organisationnelles, des analyses documentaires ainsi que des entretiens aupr\u00e8s des gestionnaires.
